Score! I am just glad I can actually get the bonuses after finding out that the Nvidia free Borderlands 2 promotion didn't include the pre-order bonuses. I was kicking myself after redeeming the Steam code after I found this out.
Done. It pays off to be up til 3 in the morning.

What does this rant all mean. Both controllers suck? NO! People just have to use the two controllers differently to achieve similar results.
Rather than bash the two controllers, I'll point out the strong point of each controller.
PS3 - Control
That's not to say it is easier to use, rather, it is just a comment on the capabilities of the buttons and triggers. Almost all of...
I am kind of getting tired of hearing the 'natural placement of the thumb' argument. At least for me, I have to pull my fingers back towards my hands to use the left stick and buttons on the Xbox controller. Similarly on the PS3 I have to pull my fingers back to reach the d-pad and buttons.
The optimal placement for buttons/sticks for me are closer to the center of the controller. I have more control with the Xbox's right stick than I do with the left stick. T...
People always hail the Xbox controller as the most ergonomic, but everyone seems to always forget the gamecube controller. That thing was simply a delight to hold. It's trigger/bumper analogs may not be in such a functional design or fully featured and the c-stick d-pad were a little small, however, Nintendo rewarded you everytime you picked that controller up. Your hand literally wraps around the controller and your fingers rest in ergonomic triggers.
I'll take another Zone of the Enders over MGS. Heck if it isn't ZOE, I hope Kojima is doing something completely new. We need to give him a chance to make another iconic franchise. Gamers and publishers are stifling him by incessantly talking only about MGS.
Skull kid gets a vote from me. Anything Majora's Mask related is instant win in my book; however, I wouldn't mind having the close second Megaman in the game.
That would make a fantastic level. The music is always infectiously catchy and the zaniness of its atmosphere is hilarious. Given that they are mashing up various games to create the levels, I could easily see them add a katamari roll into another game's enviroment.
Well... smells tend to be linked quite strongly to memories, but gaming has (thankfully?) not embraced that sense too much.
It might be due to license issues. The company that is publishing it currently may no longer have the rights to release it, so it can't be sold anymore. However Sony still keeps it in the servers for those that have the license to play the game to be able to download it.
Just a guess.
I vote Austin. Sure coastal regions are nice, but Texas needs a chance every now and then.
Even if they don't reveal any more information, I would simply like to hear something from them that establishes FFvsXIII as valued game to them.
I would feel the same if this is actually true. I looked forward to this generation because of this game alone. FFXIII looked pretty, but it was no where near as arresting as the dark FFvsXIII set in some alternate present. I'll take this rumor as just that and wait for the Tokyo Game Show to get an official confirmation. Unfortuately though I have a feeling that I won't hear anything from the company about it.
I find it terribly sad that the only games I look for...
@mamotte
Final Fantasy is the name they use to sell games. If they were to drop the name they would likely lose realistically a million in sales just due to the loss of brand recognition.
I agree that they need to pursue more games like The World Ends With You, but I am fine if those games fall under the umbrella of the Final Fantasy title.
Nope they can be about $100 if you check the exchange of yen to dollars on some of the bigger releases.
@RedHemi300c
correction: less than half a billion dollars
FFX was the game that ultimately converted me from a Nintendo fanboy to a Playstation lover. I realized that I had been missing out on so many amazing games by keeping that artifical allegiance. FFX had the power to convert fanboys.
I was late to the Metal Gear Solid series, but I still fully enjoyed MGS 1 even though I played it during this generation from the original PS1 disc.
Sora would fit really well in this game. You don't really even need to make up moves for him unlike Radec, Fat Princess, or Sweet Tooth because we have played as his character before.
That's definitely what I am feeling. Remaking games in Japan seems to be somewhat standard. Most of the Final Fantasy games get a initial release then an international release which receives many of the improvements the western releases got.
If they aren't going release remix I hope they bundle the next collection with this one to make a collection that they KNOW will sell over here.
